May 21 through June 1, Bro. Brad Pridmore, a preacher and missionary from Georgetown Baptist Church in Leicester, NC, is moderating a tent meeting in our community. Brother Pridmore’s pastor, Lee Davis, is supportive of his desire to follow the Lord in this venture, and is backing the meeting as well. Because this is a solid, Bible-believing ministry in our community, the Progress Baptist Church family will move its mid-week service to support the meeting.
The tent is located on Hwy. 25 on the south-bound side of the highway. Take exit 44 from I-26 and head toward Hendersonville. Just after the travel center/truck stop, you will see the tent on your right. Bro. Larry Raynes, a member of Progress Baptist, will be preaching the first week, and Bro. Sammy Allen will be preaching the second week. Let’s join in prayer with Brother Pridmore and trust God to do a work in hearts during this time. Service time is 7:00 P.M. each evening, Monday – Friday.
